Fax Server Options

The real choice here is whether you want a pure software solution (where you'll purchase or use existing hardware) or an integrated appliance, inclusive of hardware and software, but manufactured and supported by one source. For software, check out Captaris RightFax and emFast FacSys. For appliances, Castelle is good and I would also look at Axacore - they aren't as big as Castelle, but their appliance is RAID 1, has plenty of storage an matches capabilities (support is pretty good to) - I have an Axacore. I've worked with Castelle previously and emFast. For the simplest and least expensive, MultiTech has very entry level fax servers (not nearly as many features or capabilities).
